We’re a group of surfers from all over the world, brought together by our LOVE for the ocean and the excitement of catching that PERFECT WAVE.
We get it—progressing as a surfer can be tough! We’ve faced similar hurdles—trying to track our IMPROVEMENT while constantly on the go felt like hitting a wall.
That’s why we decided to do something about it.
Our MISSION is simple: to make surf progression easier and more accessible for everyone.
Our SERVICE is effective: send us your surfing videos, and we’ll review and analyze them, giving you expert tips from our professional coaches.

LLOYD
Hi, I’m Lloyd I grew up in a small surf town on the mid-north coast of the east coast of Australia. I spent my youth surfing, fishing diving and playing any sport. I have been surfing since I was 12 years old.
I have a master's degree in osteopathic medicine, and I am in the process of completing a course in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation.
During my studies, I developed more significant interests in conditioning and performance. When I look at a person I try to analyse it from both clinical and surfing fundamentals.
My other interests are breath work, jiujitsu and basketball.
NATASCHA
My name is Natasha van Greunen, everyone calls me Tash. I am from Cape Town, South Africa and I have been surfing for over 12 years.
I am still surfing competitively and I compete on both the WSL QS and Challenger Series. I have represented South Africa at ISA World Surfing Games and I was the WSL Africa Champion 22/23.
I love helping others improve and grow in their surfing and that is why I started coaching over 9 years ago. I am ISA certified coach and over the past two years I have mentored at the ISA Athlete Youth Development Program. I’ve also hosted my own girls intermediate surf camp to help those young girls develop their surfing and competition skills.
LUCA
My name is Luca Bertoldi. I’m originally from Italy and have been surfing for over 15 years. I moved to Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands to chase waves and dedicate myself fully to surfing. I’ve been a surf instructor for over 12 years, and now work as a surf guide between the east coast of Australia, Indonesia, and the Mentawai Islands. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with various organisations that support people with disabilities and have adapted surfing as a therapeutic tool, utilising the power of the ocean to support those facing mental health challenges.
Outside of surfing, I love being in the water, especially free-diving and sailing.
